Permite a seleção de quantidades desejadas de remadas por minuto e o percentual de tempo gasto em cada ciclo da remada.Seu principal objetivo é auxiliar no treinamento de esportistas iniciantes ou que desejam melhorar o seu ritmo durante o seu exercício.
Cada remada é divida em 6 ciclos que devem possuir um percentual de tempo distinto entre eles para aproveitar ao máximo a performance do atleta.
O atleta pode alterar a quantidade de ciclos em cada remada.
A visualização do tempo gasto em cada ciclo é pode ser facilmente observado.
