Description

ServSuite Mobile for your Android Tablet is a servicing and customer management application that gives ServSuite software customers real-time access to scheduled appointments and customer-related information in the field. You can synchronize your scheduled appointments, enter servicing-related details, and capture both customer and employee signatures. Using the built-in email capabilities, you can notify customers when you are on your way, and send copies of work orders and invoices without the need for printing.

Other features include updating customer contact information, entering notes, collecting payments, and reviewing recent customer history.

1 ★Horrible, I have the latest tablet on market just for this app and for work. I'm constantly calling tech support for this app. Constantly deleting and reinstall. And the map part is good but I do more than 10 a day. Need to increase that part. I dont use apple I use an android based system and I know its ok on apple but needs to do better on Android. The creator or programmer needs to work more on the android. The only reason why I use this app is due to my work place this is not by choice.

1 ★Ever since they got hacked, can't load more than 5 days ahead on my tablet. Mentioned going to Pest Pack with boss. Right now this sucks

1 ★Constant issues. I can't go from one task to the next on my tablet without the app freezing. I have to back out of the app (completely close it) then reopen it after every call. Then after that it freezes when I try to view all of my accounts for the month. So, I have to back out & try it again. This happens after EVERY SERVICE and waists about 10-20 min. between my appointments. I can't do this man, it's making me late to calls and putting me behind on my route. (Yes, I am using the updated/current version etc.)

3 ★Since the latest update, the tablet version is slower in responding between switching screens, adding info, etc. It's just sluggish now.

5 ★Efficiency was one of our main concerns in the past few years. This app helped improving our techs efficiency by miles I appreciate the features like emailing completed work orders and instant printing on site for our clients. Thank you and keep up the good work.

5 ★Fast and responsive app. I recently acquired few Android devices for my Tech's and they still need some training on it though - overall it saves us alot of time finishing the service outside on the field and printing all the info right at clients site. Thank you guys keep up the good work I know you will.
