A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Real time tracking doesn't work very well and I'd say that the comms between the app and cab companies doesn't either. Couldn't cancel a cab once I'd ordered it. Couldn't contact the driver, the cab company or anyone through the app when someone had stolen the cab I had waited 30 mins for. And I was charged for their ride!! Not happy. Can't wait for uber to come to vancouver. Their app "just works" and works really well.
3 ★I just got out of a cab in which the driver felt immense frustration at having received no training in how to process eCab+ fares (in which a payment is automatically taken out of your credit card). It took about 5 minutes for him to figure out which buttons to press and which paperwork to fill out. He was unhappy at being pressured to have to process payments this way. I left with a sense that it would have been easier not to use eCab+ and also that I didn't want to force another drive to use this system.
4 ★When it works it's great but when it doesn't, it gives a generic error and does nothing. With no recourse if in that state. If an error shows up, it should show you a prompt for other methods of getting a cab like phone.
4 ★Have used better taxi apps but this one works for many European cities and takes cards (saving you fumbling with foreign currency in the car). Pretty good.
1 ★Great when you're not in a busy area served by cabs. Terrible otherwise, as your ride is frequently rejected and you'll potentially be charged for a 'reserved' cab 20 minutes later.
2 ★Couldn't verify two US numbers (1 cell, 1 Google voice) -- "an error occurred". Tried both numbers several times over 12 h period. Worse, it looks like it's working, but fails when you commit to a ride (by asking for phone confirmation). Also, the map search is terrible: it fails to find landmarks that Google knows, and street number search lands me on the wrong continent.
3 ★Tracking the taxis does not work. A fare estimate would be appreciated or the ability to prepay in advance. The only good part is the ease of booking a cab, and paying via the app. If they want to compete with Uber, they really need to take eCab to the max and simplify taking a taxi. Look at the reviews and listen to the people. Hit the thumbs up on this review if you agree with me!
1 ★ATTENTION: FRAUD! I downloaded the app, filed a credit card number and was immediately asked to authorize a "test" in my card to validate it, stating that NO CHARGES WOULD BE PLACED ON MY CARD. A couple of minutes later I got an SMS from my card company advising me that A CHARGE OF 74,72 DOLLARS was authorized on my card for eCab/Royal Taxi. I have opened a ticket with the card company to dispute the charge, but nothing has been solved yet. The charge has NOT BEEN REVERSED. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED IN EXCESS OF 70 DOLLARS BY THIS COMPANY WITHOUT EVER SET FOOT INSIDE ONE OF THEIR TAXIS. SO, A WARNING: DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK.
1 ★Saw 3 cabs with lights on pass us even after I requested the trip. Then the driver asked where we are going. Vancouver cabs are the worst!
1 ★Whether it's the app or the drivers I'm not sure but either way this app just emphasizes how terrible the taxi system in Vancouver is
1 ★Sent out to requests for a cab and I was billed an absent fee of 5.00. Avoid this buggy app
3 ★Have used the app twice and a frustrating thing I've noticed so far is that the destination recommendations are never within the city you are in, sometimes they're not even in the same country or even continent. Please narrow the search parameters to the area I'm in, or at least the continent,
