Description

CoronaCheck is the official app of the Netherlands for showing coronavirus entry passes. The app is developed by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. With this digital tool, you can create a certificate with QR code of your negative test, vaccination, or recovery. This allows access to certain venues and activities abroad. Or at the border.

The app works like this:
Important: first make sure you are vaccinated or have tested for coronavirus.

• Before departure, check on www.netherlandsworldwide.nl whether the country you want to visit requires a coronavirus pass. Also, check which certificate you specifically need at your destination.

• With the CoronaCheck app you can create a certificate based on your vaccination or coronavirus test results. You do this by retrieving your details via DigiD or via the retrieval code you received if you got tested at a test location other than the GGD.

• You can create a vaccination certificate from your vaccination, create a test certificate from your negative coronavirus test result, or create a recovery certificate from your positive coronavirus test result.

• The QR code of your certificate may be checked at the entrance of venues and activities. And also at international borders. This is proof that you have been vaccinated, have had coronavirus or did not have coronavirus at the time of testing.

How to install CoronaCheck APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download CoronaCheck APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

1 ★Logins fail, required capacity to handle users seems underestimated (way too busy notifications), 500 internal server errors. In addition, the Netherlands appears to be one of the last European countries to deliver, indicating both technology and managerial issues.

1 ★No option to register a vaccination from a valid source in a country outside of the European Union. No possibility to find a channel to contact (phone number of chat function) within the app for issues (only a FAQ that does not cover my problem, I had to Google it).

1 ★Like many others, the app gives me an error when I try to make a code for my vaccination.. Tried re-installing the app and different browsers for the digiD link, but that didn't help either.

1 ★App redirects to log in for digid but without sms confirmation option. After atempting logging in i see info that its only possible with sms confirmation. On a loging page there is no option with sms login. Fix that bug !!! Untill then this app is trash.

5 ★Works fine. Using android with digid pre-installed. The national qr code is available. The international qr code should be available from the 1st of July. It would be nice if they added a list of countries that recognizes this qr code though...

5 ★I had corona last year and needed only a single shot... The app used to not generate a Dutch QR code because it wouldn't recognize single shot patients, and now it does! Goed zo!! The app is very easy to navigate and couples easily using digid.

1 ★Probably would be working good, but also as recovered from Corona I was from GGD chosen just for 1 shot. This app shows wel the recent vaccination, but prove of recovery from Corona from the past is for me unable to get. Message is that there is no positive Corona test fro the past under my DigiD, yet U was refused for the second vaccination on basis of that fact. Means to travel internationally I am still only partly vaccinated.

1 ★Super stupid app, I was once tested as positive, then I was vaccinated, but it doesn't give me a Dutch certificate until I get a second dose (which I am not allowed to).

5 ★At the beggining it was not working correctly for the qr, but since last update it has been absolutely amazing. All the qr work, international travel was super easy, all great! Thanks for doing this

1 ★This app keeps telling me there is an update that doesn't exist in the Google play store. Reinstalled it several times and tried many different things but it simple doesn't work.

1 ★Dreadfully coded app. Constantly fails due to being busy (no matter when you try) Doesnt register older Corona Positive tests so unable to get a qr code. Works about as well as the government here

1 ★I can't even open the app, it tells me it's time for an update when it's freshly installed. Of, course, no update is possible, so I'm stuck there. Please, get some proper developers, this app is not for fun, it's a critical public health app.
