With this app, you can find your next recycling pickup day, report complaints to the City and stay connected to your City government. This app was designed to allow self service into the 311 operations of the City of Cincinnati (Cincy). Formerly (FixItCincy!)Features include the ability to:
•View service dates and set reminders for trash and recycling days
•Locate and report problems by address
•Use GPS technology to report issues even when you don't know the address (GPS has to be enabled on your phone)
•Track the status of your complaints
•Save your contact information – you only have to enter it once – so you won’t have to fill out an entirely new form every time
