1 ★Randomly stops working on S8

1 ★Nothing works. I can't get the questions to download, the videos don't show up or play. Seems to work fine on iPhones but for Android it's awful.

1 ★Keep glitching, screen twitching out of control, there must be a bug please fix this can't study for the bar with this kind of issue

3 ★Won't sync, barely works. You would think for all the money they get from each test taker, they could afford better than a third-world level mobile program. Edit: I don't remember seeing an update, but it seems to work as expected now. Things are syncing, I can do multiples, and it's moving smoothly. I'll give it one more star until I can confirm that all the issues have been addressed. Thanks

2 ★I think it's fair to say that this app is not fit for purpose! It does run on my phone but won't keep playing audio when the screen is locked or even when another app is open, making it almost useless for watching lectures on the go.

1 ★Crashes, does not sync, buggy. Not even worth having. If you need to study for the bar you'd better be on the desktop site.

2 ★When you go to download a lecture it only downloads the first segment of the lecture. Extremely frustrating and it doesn't seem to be a new problem given the previous reviews complaining about this same flaw.

1 ★I can't acess my materials. I have tried to get in contact with tech support and they have yet to respond. I feel horrible because I was a Kaplan head rep advertising the effectiveness of this mobile app. I feel like I habe lied to my fellow students. I contacted tech support and there suggestion was to use another device (like I have multiple phones I use on a daily basis)

1 ★For a $3,000 course, I would expect all products associated with Kaplan Bar Review to be exemplary. This app doesn't sync with work done online at all and the only advice from technical support is to uninstall and reinstall the app...which rectifies nothing.

1 ★Crashes when I try to watch videos, which is like half the course. Doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the course I just paid *several thousand dollars* for.

4 ★Can't sign in, and can't choose a course when enrolled in multiple courses. UPDATE: customer service called and resolved my issue. Still can't say it is the most user friendly app, though it is mostly working now.

1 ★Trying to use this for MBE QBank is worthless. I requested real property questions, it gave me torts. Doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
