1 ★I tried draftkings due to a promo and managed to win a bit. That is the only positive. The ui is slow and unresponsive at times and nothing is intuitive on the app. They make withdrawals so difficult it feels like they are hoping you'll give up and just gamble instead. I've been trying for a full day now to withdraw my winnings and still haven't been able to, meaning I'll have to have a check sent. Just use fanduel, no issues there and a better app all around.
1 ★I have the most up to date version, but it doesn't matter. The app is not user friendly and it is extremely difficult to navigate. I'm talking about simple actions like scrolling to browse or wanting to exit the bet slip. It's awful. The SGPX vs SGP is a nightmare to try and figure out because they instruct you to use a toggle button that doesn't exist. Constantly required to login even if I back out for less than a minute and go back in and the login process has long delays.
1 ★During peak times (basically any NFL or NCAA football game), the app is completely unusable. Says "poor connection" regardless of whether it's on wifi, 5g, or any different wifi network. Great promos, but the app is unusable most of the time. Also support is absolutely 0 help. Wish I could actually use the promos they have.
1 ★I've been using only this sports book for years but now you can't log into the app half the time especially if you have bets going and its game time. It says poor connection or slow connection. Which has to be on their end as i have top of the line internet for gaming and no other app does this. However if i click on a promotion it logs me right in... i think ill be switching. I'd like to see or adjust bets like you advertise during live play
2 ★So for 2 weekends in a row I couldn't connect to sportsbook. Had many emails back and forth from draftking but sadly most of them were just cut and paste responses. No matter what I said to them via email they just responded with the same messages over and over. Was the first time I've had a bad experience but because this is the second weekend in a row I won't be using sportbooks on the weekends anymore.
1 ★App freezes and crashes. Constantly says that the connection is poor, when in reality it's the app making it so. Now there's a new "glitch" where if a game freezes and you close it, you can't reopen to play because it'll say that it's open in another window. Anything to take your money and blame it on the player, huh DraftKings? This app is worthless and useless; don't waste your time or money because they don't care about their customers. So many complaints and no resolutions.
1 ★Trash, app is great til u have money in ur account for a couple days and they want u to do a 2 step authentication to log in and u never receive the authentication text, absolutely no other way to log in and I've tried for 2 days to get the authentication text and never get it. U would think there would be another way to log in like getting the authentication through email or send to a different phone number, something other than a text because if u don't get the text then u can't log in at all.
1 ★This app definitely has a problem on my phone. It has trouble launching sometimes and it tells me there's a slow connection. Sometimes when I'm placing bets it will close out on me. I then have to re launch it and login again. It periodically won't load the wagers for a game when I select it. I'm switching to another book.
1 ★The app barely functions. It tells you that you have a slow connection, it's slow to add to the betting slip, and sometimes it just wont open at all. I like draft kings because of the promos and boosts but this app is horrible. Seems like the last update made it worse.
1 ★What a terrible app. Location software is the worst imaginable. I've been locked out of my account multiple times. The app just a slow loading glitchy experience, and now not just one, but all 3 apps won't even open up, just the load screen and the circle that just keeps on spinning. Google play says one app won't work on my phone anymore, and apparently I'm not the only one. What a mess.
1 ★Was a great app UNTIL, I won a couple times, then it flagged me and froze my account. Coincidence??? Like the other gambling apps, slots are rigged, bonuses are lame. Easiest way to waste your money. No better than mgm or Fan duel. I've tried them all, you get a win, you'll never get another. Still no explanation after multiple attempts to understand why my account has been frozen. Just know if you win too much, they will flag your account and freeze it. Better off investing money
1 ★This app is so incredibly slow and lag ridden. God forbid you try to place a live bet. I can't even get it to load. Then I get the notification that the app is unresponsive and forces the app the close. It takes multiple times to actually open the app and have eveything load. Always says my connection is poor, im connected to wifi and sitting in the same room as the router. It's so frustrating and yes Draftkings I have updated to the latest version. Like a sucker I keep using the app.. for now.
