Pour vous connecter, renseignez l’identifiant et le mot de passe que nous vous avons envoyés.

Le service Vidéo’alerte vous permet de créer jusqu’à 4 comptes sur l’application mobile, avec 2 profils possibles : jusqu’à 2 profils administrateurs et 2 profils utilisateurs.
Si vous êtes administrateur, vous pourrez :
- activer et désactiver la détection de présence,
- regarder le direct,
- consulter votre journal des évènements,
- consulter les vidéos enregistrées en cas de détection de présence par vos caméras,
- demander l'intervention d'un agent de sécurité* si vous constatez une intrusion,
- paramétrer vos notifications, les droits des différents utilisateurs, …
Par défaut, le 1er compte créé a un profil « administrateur ».
Si vous êtes utilisateur, vous pourrez activer ou désactiver la détection de présence.
A noter : tous les comptes utilisent le même identifiant et mot de passe pour se connecter.
