교통약자를 위한 대중교통 안내 서비스새로운 기능
서울시 ‘My-T’ 서비스가 ‘서울동행맵’ 서비스로 개편되었습니다.
변경 사항:
코로나 감염병으로 인한 펜데믹 사태 및 사회적 거리두기가 해제됨에 따라, 기존 마이티앱의 감염병 관련 서비스는 종료되었습니다.
기존 ‘마이티’는 ‘서울동행맵’ 이라는 이름으로 개편되며, 기존서비스를 기반으로 교통약자를 대상으로 서비스를 다음과 같이 확장하였습니다.
1. 대중교통 길안내 서비스
- 교통약자를 대상으로 휠체어나 유모차가 이용하기 어려운 좁은 보도폭, 단차 등을 우회하도록 교통약자대상 길안내 서비스 추가
- 전체적인 길안내 알고리즘 등 길안내 개편
2. 교통약자 대상 버스 예약 서비스
- 정류장 예약 시 정류장에 도착했을 때 자동으로 예약 진행
- 하차 예약 기능 추가
- 길안내에서 예약할 수 있는 기능 추가
3. 커뮤니티맵 서비스
- 교통약자 통행에 영향을 주는 정보 제공 서비스
- 이용자가 수정, 추가 등의 정보를 신고할 수 있는 서비스
4. 교통약자 앱 연계
- 서울 장애인 콜택시, 아이엠택시 등 앱/전화 연계 서비스
- 향후 지속적으로 교통약자 관련 연계 서비스 제공 예정
