2 ★Computerized players are a poor representation of artificial intelligence. Stuck on stupid when it comes to bidding. Play a convention that is silly and only communicates points not preferred suits, a very vague system. Anticipating the skewed bidding system of your tin hat partner is the only way you can settle on the best final bid or pass. All other features are good.
4 ★If the simple display of the hands would replicate Fun Bridge, you would have a Slam. E & W dummies require too much effort to read. I love the Undo should I mis-tap a card. The Hint and Bid translation are great for a slightly past Beginner as myself. However, some bids are blatantly WRONG resulting in 3 or 4 tricks down. They come out of nowhere....also no recognition of 4 Gerber convention. A cheaper strength interrogatory.
1 ★The AI component that runs your partner's bidding is awful. An example is opening with 2 ♥️'s with 6 of them, but 5 total pts. It will also jump-shift from 3 of something to 6NT when you have a combined total of 24 pts. The only salvageable moment is being able to undo moves to figure out different algorithms to attempt to win the hand.
2 ★the last update introduced game breaking flow. now there's a button 'continue', and another smaller link saying 'play hand'. very confusing. continue seems to re-deal or shuffle the deck, play hand seems to start the game. also, now after pressing 'play hand' a full-screen ad appears. not sure if I like this app so much anymore.
2 ★While it plays solid bridge, it uses tricks to win like occasional crazy bidding by your partner that is completely out of system and unbalanced cards with constantly lower hcp mean than expected for a ballanced dealing. I don't like cheating as an artificial way to make it harder therefore only two stars rating.
5 ★Realistic play, helpful advice on bidding, different skill levels and both rubber and duplicate scoring options. Best bridge app/game I have found. The ads have become more annoting lately but it is possible to pay to get those taken away. The cost, for me, is about the same as two nights playing at my club, so not unreasonable
5 ★I like that there's the option to use hints to bid as it's helpful as a learner, especially because it explains the reason for the hints it gives. Also, the user interface is really straightforward.
5 ★Really good way of improving bidding and play. Some of the AI decisions seem a bit odd. But mostly good. Adverts not too intrusive plus the option of going ad free.
5 ★Provided you have been taught the basics, this app is an excellent way to practice and improve your bidding and playing skills. Explanations of bids and 'go back' features are particularly useful.
3 ★To many times there's over bidding jumping two more than it should or bidding suits there only three cards in the suit
5 ★Great basic bridge play. Some conventional bidding but very standard. Great because it is playable at any level. Will sharpen skills without sacrificing current methodology.
