En Paraguay, el programa es administrado e implementado por Fundación Paraguaya y Amigos de las Américas, con el apoyo del Departamento de Asuntos Educativos y Culturales de la Embajada de los Estados Unidos en Paraguay.El programa selecciona a 13 jóvenes líderes a nivel país de entre 15 y 17 años y 2 mentores adultos (de 21 años en adelante), quienes reciben una beca completa para realizar un intercambio cultural en Estados Unidos, donde representarán al país y participan de un entrenamiento en liderazgo, emprendedurismo social y desarrollo de proyectos comunitarios.
