Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★They promise an updated version soon that will use less memory and stop the crashes.... We waited so long, another couple of weeks won't kill us.
1 ★I own a LG v10 and it fails creating the picture every time. I was going to use this as a game level designer to scan objects not as selfies. Rather disappointed after a 2 year wait I couldn't even get that part to work. I can't see how this would ever be useful for selfies since you would only be able to use the web to see it. Guys at matter and form I gotta say as a 3d animator myself I'd have quit when you knew it wasn't going to work like you'd hoped. The concept is great but there's a reason they have static machines for this. Really didn't have high hopes since it took so long to receive but this is like a belated April fools joke. I'll take my comment down if you refund my 80$. I'll put it towards a new mouse to keep modeling things manually.
1 ★For anyone coming here in antipitation of buying a Bevel3D forget it: Bevel arrived today and I have to say I am very, very disappointed. Got it calibrated okay (had to shine a flashlight on the black and white card). I backed this project because I was looking for a scanner to make 360 degree scans of small objects. No can do. The user is limited to one 12 second scan up or down one plane and that's it. I didn't buy it to make 3D selfies with but if it excelled at that I'd be happy. Sadly, even this task it cannot accomplish. One usually ends up with floating bits all over the place, or if you're lucky enough to get a solid face it looks like something beaten up by the Hulk and put back together again by Dr Frankenstein. The processing most times locked somewhere after 75% although it did seem to finish regardless. Matter and Form state that there are no Returns, Exchanges or Refunds. So now I am left with a novelty item to store away in a box of treasures for my great-grandchildren to laugh over one day. This whole experience has turned me off Kickstarter for good and I will never be back.
2 ★At best you end up with a sort of enhanced 2d picture. Not what I expected. OK if you want selfies. Not much
5 ★Exceeded my expectations !!
5 ★Needs some work but off to a good start. Pretty ingenious device.
1 ★Give me my money back your bevel sucks
3 ★App camera seems to give up after a couple of captures stating too dark and left with green screen. Have to close and restart but then still same issue - kind of hangs and gets stuck. Galaxy S7 Edge. I know this is a work in progress so will hopefully will see some improvements.
4 ★Looks promising, just need my Bevel!
2 ★So I hope the devs can fix this calibration etc all fine except it crashes every time at 46% render. I funded on kikstarter so want you guys to make this work. But right now it's 2 stars.
2 ★Even when it works the results are so poor that they are not worth keeping. You can only scan a small portion of something, and not go back or round to fill in missing areas - so if you scan a face say, you cannot get sides of the head or under the nose and chin, resulting in a small tattered 3d texture floating in front of a blurred randomly coloured background - and that is when it is working! 80% of the time it just makes a few abstract blobs. The app is incredibly slow and keeps on showing the wrong thumbnails. And it stops processing the moment the screen goes off or you drop into another app - you will need to disable the screen turning off to get the processing done, which of course means the battery is taking a double hit. Currently this gadget is at best a technology demo. The hardware seems well made and the setup and app design is good, but the output unfortunately is not. Whether it will improve in the future remains to be seen but at present it doesn't even cut it as a novelty item.
1 ★Does not work. Frequently crashes. Huge mistake to back this device. A complete failure to provide anything close to the features described in the campaign.
