Aplikasi MyHRMIS Self Check ini merupakan satu lagi inovasi baharu yang dibangunkan oleh JPA untuk memberi kemudahan kepada penjawat awam menyemak dan mengetahui status terkini data pegawai yang menyumbang kepada pencapaian KPI HRMIS.Fungsi dalam Aplikasi MyHRMIS Self Check:
1) Terdapat 5 menu utama yang merupakan kriteria KPI HRMIS berasaskan penjawat awam iaitu Pemurnian Data (data peribadi dan profil), Status Laporan Penilaian Prestasi Tahunan (LNPT), Status Sasaran Kerja Tahunan (SKT), Perisytiharan Harta dan Penamatan Perkhidmatan.
2) Menu Pemurnian Data (Data Peribadi & Profil) terdapat 21 senarai elemen KPI
3) Menu Status LNPT terdapat fungsi paparan Status Laporan Penilaian Prestasi Tahunan (LNPT) untuk Pegawai Yang Dinilai dan paparan status untuk Pegawai Penilai Pertama dan Pegawai Penilai Kedua (jika mempunyai peranan).
4) Menu Status Sasaran Kerja Tahunan (SKT) terdapat fungsi paparan status SKT untuk Pegawai Yang Dinilai dan paparan Status Sasaran Kerja Tahunan (SKT) yang belum disahkan untuk Pegawai Penilai Pertama (jika mempunyai peranan).
5) Menu Perisytiharan Harta terdapat maklumat harta yang masih dalam tempoh 5 tahun perisytiharan.
6) Menu Penamatan Perkhidmatan terdapat maklumat dan status persaraan.
