- Tap the screen to take a picture.
- Tap the menu icon -> COPY to copy converted text.
- Tap the menu icon -> SAVE to save converted text as a JPEG image.
The picture is saved in "/sdcard/AsciiCamnera"
*** How to Change Settings
Q. How can I change the characters for ASCII Art?
A. Change the letters in the text box on the top. The default letters are "ABC."
Q. How can I change the text size for ASCII Art?
A. Tap the menu icon -> Settings, then you can change the FONT SIZE.
If the font size is too small, it will take a long time to convert a image.
Q. How can I change the conversion algorithm?
A. Tap the menu icon -> Settings, then you can change the CONVERSION TYPE.
3 types are available.
- CONVERT: Normal conversion algorithm.
- CONVERT (EDGE): Edges are detected and emphasized before conversion. The best for very dark and bright scenes.
- RAW: No conversion. You can save the original picture.
