1 ★Won't load student requests but you time how long it takes a tutor to respond!
1 ★Very glitchy! Why does it take more than five minutes to open messages? Notifications of new messages are sporadic. (And if you don't respond to a message for 24 hours, they make your account invisible, even though this app never told you that you had a message in the first place.) And clicking "Send" on a message sometimes results in nothing, so you think you replied to a message, but the student got no response.
3 ★Sometimes the app works fine and others times it sucks. If a new client messages you, but the app won't let you access messanger the time goes against you. Would be nice if fixed.
2 ★Given that they take 25% of all my tutoting fees and the ONLY thing they need to deploy is an app, you wonder where all the revenue goes ... its certainly not on app development. They don't listen to users either.

1 ★This app has gotten terrible since the pandemic. I contacted support, and they had no intention of fixing and making this better, while the company is the one making money off of our tutoring sessions. I can't respond back to students while I have my phone on me during the day and don't have my personal laptop on me. It takes forever for the app to load, view a message, and submiting a lesson. I also never get notifications ever. If your company wants to keep profiting, why not improve?
2 ★I frequently get logged out, and new messages don't always load. It's quite frustrating and I usually just log into my account on the computer instead.
3 ★Update12-30-2020: Log-in is working. I'll update again after I've had a change to use it for a bit. Origin post: Does. Not. Work. I enter my login info and tap to agree to the terms of use. The screen flickers and then I'm at the login screen again. The main app recognizes that I'm a tutor and tells me to use this app.
5 ★The app makes it so much easier to submit lessons and respond to job requests. I really appreciate having it.
2 ★This app has a delay time Between when you receive a message and it appears on your phone. That delay causes a lose in students. Also the app sucks with messaging in general. I have to wait 5 to 10 mins for the messages to load even after the app tells me I have new student request. The app needs searious improvents!
4 ★As a tutor on Wyzant, the app gives a solid, basic extension of the regular website, and unlike the regular website, it actually gives you the option of scheduling each lesson as per any minute, rather than every 5 minutes. Only concern I have is that sometimes it takes the messages board far longer to load than the other interfaces.
