My Language Board is designed to help SLPs, who provide speech therapy for emerging bilingual children. Collaboration with parents, guardians, teachers and/or bilingual professionals is key. After using the pictures to assess the child's vocabulary, decide which words will be targeted in session. Record the chosen words in the child's native language. Afterward, these recordings can be used to help both the SLP and child incorporate the child's native language in therapy sessions.
