Color Picker - app to identify color from camera or image with many extra features.Identify color from several color palettes. The app database contains more than 1000+ entries from the most famous color palettes: Common colors, RAL Classic, HTML (W3C), Material Design and others. Not sure which palette to choose? Use the universal palette "Common colors", which contains all the most famous colors.
Dynamic Scope. Just swipe the screen to resize the scope. You can quickly identify the color at the center point or the average color from the entire selected area. Three scope shapes are available: circle, square, and dot. If a circle is selected, the average color is really calculated only from the pixels inside the circle.
See scientific color data. Click the laboratory flask icon to go into expert mode. It displays the color temperature (in Kelvin degrees), the color location on the optical spectrum, the color value in various color models (RGB, CMYK, HSV and others), as well as the degree of color matching (in percent) with the most similar color from the selected color palette. Unnecessary items of the expert mode can be disabled in the settings.
Advanced camera settings. Identify color more accurately by manually setting the focus mode, white balance, and other camera settings.
Identify color in images. Open image and identify/save the desired color on any part of the image. You can send the image in the app through the "Share" system dialog. All standard gestures for working with image are supported.
Work with saved colors. Saved colors can be edited, send the HEX value of the selected colors through the "Share" system dialog, or import/export all colors in CSV.
Search and browse colors in the database. Thanks to a search by HEX value or color name, you will quickly find the desired color in the database. You can send any text to the app, to search the database, through the "Share" system dialog.
Disclaimer. Samples of colors can significantly differ from the originals due to the color rendition. All colors are provided for informational purposes only. Do not use these values wherever a color match is required with high accuracy.

Fixed app crash when enabling local server on Android 14.Local server status notification have been changed and are now displayed inside the app. This allowed to get rid of unnecessary dependencies such as background service (required additional permission starting from Android 14) and notification (required additional permission starting from Android 13).

5 ★Excellent app! It does exactly what it says. My only recommendation would to be to have the color picker use crosshairs instead of a circle. This would allow you to see exactly the value that you're picking.
5 ★Intuitive. Fast. Simple, but with many options at the same time. Perfect for adjusting widget colours to fit current wallpaper. Cheap to remove ads. Dark theme available.
3 ★it was very useful at first, but now its starting to show a null reference error on me, and i cant use it anymore. I keep on opening image but it shows a null error. I restarted the app didnt work, restarted the app, didnt work. I reinstalled it and THE ERROR APPEARS AGAIN. Great, now i cant use the app anymore. I need solutions to how to solve this issue.
4 ★Pretty cool app. I am using it to analyze the the Cl and pH levels in my pool. One thing I don't understand though, is how can the wavelength ever be out of range? If I can see it, and it has a color, then why can't you assign a wavelength to it, e.g. Pale Mauve?
5 ★Very impressive. It quickly picks up the colour and shows the value in a range of formats. I've compared it to my RAL K7 colour swatch and it picked the nearest colour correctly. I've immediately paid to remove the adverts.
5 ★Unbelievably Great App. After many problems trying to source the correct colour fix to repair a big chip in ceramic floor tiles, I downloaded this app. It was perfect and I now have the correct colour of tile fix. I also paid for add free, but they still appeared. After contacting Mikhail, the developer, he replied very quickly, with great advice on how to sort this problem and offered a refund right away. His advice worked and I thank him for his help, advice and the offer of a refund.
5 ★It actually works incredibly well The only feature missing in my opinion is a manual shutter speed and iso (or a manual exposure) and light flickering optimization for more accurate results but overall i am impressed
1 ★It needs storage permissions to access images on my phone, but it doesn't ask for them and there's no way to grant the app storage permissions from my phone's settings. Unusable.
5 ★So far - a few weeks in - it great. It's really helping me analyse colours while I'm trying to learn skin tones in painting. Easy to use and, so far, accurate.
1 ★Free app yet they want credit card info stating they won't charge my card. Well then you shouldn't need my credit card info. I understand if I was to purchase from the app. Already all apps have a bad rap because of the fine print on sharing our data.
