Seçim dönemleri dışında kişi, kendisinin ve aynı hanede oturan yakınlarının seçmen kütüğünde kaydının bulunup bulunmadığını kontrol edebilir.
Yurt dışında ikamet eden seçmenler;
Yurt dışı seçmen kütüğünde kayıtlı olup olmadığını, kayıtlı ise hangi dış temsilcilikte kaydının bulunduğu bilgisini kontrol edebilir.
