1 ★Some time ago I took out a lifetime membership. Have been advised on their chat that only monthly subscribers can use it for iPlayer which does not seem at all fair to me, and is not made clear when joining up either.

5 ★I use vpnsecure on my PC and LG V30TQ. Other than some initial set-up issues, the service has performed better than expected. Customer service is excellent too.
1 ★Unable to log in from for some reason from the mobile app. Tried installing & reinstalling but no luck.

5 ★Update 5 star app again..idk what the heck happened but after installing a free yet awesome VPN (Windscribe) and using a different phone once that VPN was running I was able to connect to my VPNSecure app, which is my overall favorite VPN hense the membership I paid for it but anywho I used my other phone to change my password which finally let me log in and reset everything and now (fingers crossed) it's up and running great again.

Ive recently started using it on android some and i just want to say that regardless of a few chinks here n there depending upon ones personal setup...it runs pretty damn good and if ive had a problem it hasnt been a very big one thus far. I give it 5 stars bcuz its a good app. Nobodys perfect and there will always be bugs but this app works great on both platforms. Highly reco..end it to anyone needing vpn service.

5 ★Well I love it on pc but I seem to have problems getting it to work on my android device. I am running Android 9.0 on a OnePlus 6. Any help would be appreciated I never seem to be able to connect to an actual server. Only log in. Thanks love what your doing :)
4 ★Actually this works. You can change cipher to aes 128 to improve speed, also it is possible to use openvpn app instead. But interface needed to be improved, for example, servers list sorting by ping.
