Quando o PRNT não é determinado, adota-se o valor médio de 67%
Exemplo: A análise de solo nos forneceu os seguintes valores:
CTC = 83 mmolc/dm e V = 23%.
O calcário a ser usado tem PRNT = 76%.
A cultura a ser plantada será o milho cujo valor recomendado de saturação é 70%.
NC = (83 x ( 70 – 23) / 10 x 76) = 5,1 aproximada/e 5 ton/ha
