SwarDhanu is based on the concept of "Merukhand" used in Indian Classical Music. The concept is used to systematically explore any given Raag, whether it is "Alaap" (Introduction), "Raag Vistaar" (Elaboration), etc.
Quite simply, the app displays all possible permutations of the selected swars. The only audio in the is app is from the 12 tanpura's (Safed1 to Safed7) which the user can select as and when required.
The app requires no special permissions from the user.
About Installation:
The app requires Adobe AIR cross-platform runtime environment for it to work. Adobe AIR is available on Play Store for free.
During app installation if the users device does not have AIR, (s)he will be prompted to install it. Once AIR is installed, the app will be installed as well.
