1 ★I just paid for a year subscription, and it just keeps trying to load the app. It won't log in. Please do something or give me a refund.
1 ★I would really advice parents to NOT to sign up for this app. I wanted to try the app for my son, subscribed it, and what I thought would be a month fees. Instead, an entire year fees, (which is quite a lot) got deducted. Immediately contacted the developer explaining the situation and requesting refund. It's been ten days now and I am still replying to mail after mail, which I think is mostly automated, to no avail! I don't think I have ever been this frustrated with any app before.
4 ★Even though I also accidentally got charged after trial ended, my 20 month old toddler has truly enjoyed using this app. I have tried many others (free ones) but this has actually been one of the only ones so far that he likes and patiently uses.Tinytap was kind enough to offer me an extension for the mishap but I do suggest that there should be some way to stop the app from automatically charging us on the end of trial period. I believe it's becoming a regular complaint and needs to be fixed.
3 ★I had a terrible experience because the app is about making bucks and not educating. You are paying one-off 50gbp which is ok if you are going to use the app. Gradually my daughters got disinterested. They send a reminder about renewal about a month ago. I thought I had deactivated my subscription but no unfortunately the payment got through for another £50. UPDATE:Tiny tap did refund me the amount of the subscription. But still I believe that need to manage better the subscription system
1 ★For $80 I would expect more professionally done games. Immediately, I had to turn off the music in the settings. The music was louder than the voices used. Some of the voices used were awful - one voice sounded like a child whispering. Another voice had a thick accent. The graphics and games are poorly designed and were obviously not developed by educators. Did it keep my toddler busy? Yes. I don't think she is getting any benefit from the game itself.
3 ★It is good if you don't have homer app. But this is disappointing. Advertisement highlighed this as alternative to YouTube, however it links directly to YouTube ChuChu TV channel. I can't stand it even if my child loves it. So sorry, no, 1 minute of trial was enough for me. I like homer app better as it has more individuality to it and lovely songs. And by the way, I can use basic trial version for free all the time not only 7 days.
1 ★Another app for kids where you sign up then have to pay before you can do anything. Just a way for easy money and at worst, a way to get email addresses. GARBAGE.
1 ★I find it useless paying yearly subscription now as the app doesn't even start, contacted the customer care even sent a short video but still no response or an fix ...
2 ★Misleading to say $7.99 month but you bill annually, so it is not a monthly subscription as you are trying to promote. You don't even say $95 a year which is equivalent to $7.99
1 ★This app is good for kids below 3. My daughter is 9 and I selected 10-11 tasks but they were not for her. I selected 14+ but still the standard was that of a 5 year old
1 ★I download the app for my 2 yr old so to play. I tried to set it up, I typed my son's name a d it wouldn't let me go to the next page. The "Next" box was grayed out.
5 ★My son just screamed in excitement at the 1st challenge of completing the star & if thats any indication of whats to come, this is that priceless Unobtanium we as parents fantasize our kiddos having in abundance. Join me in holding thumbs!!! Hehe. Will most certainly update!
