4 ★Здравствуйте! Я, как пользователь, хочу иметь возможность помечать заказы доставленными и переходить к следующему независимо от качества связи. Во многих домах внутри подъезда плозо ловит, и пока нет сети неудобно смотреть следующий адрес (если 2 заказа, напиимер, в том же доме и подъезде). Это добавляет суеты курьерам, думаю я не один, а также искажает реальное время доставки. Иногда приходится ждать лифт и пока поймаешь сеть проходит время. Бывает, доходит до +5 минут, даже если отдал вовремя.

5 ★1.Нужно подтверждение перед звонком клиенту (кнопка вызова выглядит и находится там-же где и карта - это проблема, которая влечёт случайные звонки клиенту) 2.Заказы должны выделяться поштучно, а не блоками по несколько штук.

5 ★всё отлично, английская версия не нужно пока что курьеры должны говорить на русском с клиентами. English version is not needed, if you don't know Russian language then you can't communicate with the clients anyway...

4 ★Не хватает возможности курьеру поменять порядок доставляемых заказов уже после выезда. Иногда спешишь на заказы и не успеваешь порядок поменять заранее, до выхода, а потом отданный заказ закрыть не можешь, потому что первым в списке идёт другой.

4 ★Было бы удобно, если бы была возможность посмотреть адрес на карте до того, как взял заказ
