Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★I use it primarily for checking if hill is open on holidays and if anyone is using the laundry machine in my dorm.... it's good for that.
1 ★Always keep updating the app and having the latest version. However, the transit function hasn't worked for months now. It just shows me the map with no pointers to where any of the buses are located. Have a proper internet connection and keep the location on in my phone but don't see anything in there except the static map. UPDATE: Still doesn't work in the latest version just updated.
3 ★Keeps showing yesterday's menu and not today's . The rest seems to be OK though.
5 ★The map lags. Menus on the map is very small and hard to press. Nexus 5.
3 ★The collapsing menu issue has been resolved, thanks Labs!
5 ★cool app, thanks guys!
4 ★Much better
3 ★Loading of the transit map is very laggy and slow. The in app browser to see the dp and other news sources is also extremely laggy.
5 ★This app truly fills a gap for students on Penn's campus. My favorite feature is the dining menu. So much easier than having to log on to Penn's Dining website every time I want to see what's for dinner.
2 ★As someone who doesn't use apps regularly, this app provides no compelling reason for me to use it. The news section takes a while to load--it's faster for me to just pull up The Street or The DP in my browser. Most importantly, the app fails when I try to use the back button--instead of bringing you back to your previous search results or the news section you were at, it takes you back to the home screen. Totally not fun if you accidentally click the wrong thing. The back button is an essential part of any Android user's experience, and this app fails to take that into account.
5 ★Super useful app for Penn students!
