So you have your own personal music player with all your songs sorted and categorized on one page, so you can get the most out of it. The new built-in equalizer with various effects also enhances your music experience on your smartphone and Smartwatch. You can also stream web radio with different stations or play it via M3U file. Streams can be combined in playlists and transferred to the Watch.

About this app

Listen to your favorite songs, podcasts, and playlists anytime, anywhere without Wi-Fi with your smartphone OR your SmartWatch.

WearMedia is not only a music player that allows you to play your favorite songs or podcasts in high quality, it also allows you to transfer your music and audio files in all formats and your pictures from your smartphone to your Smartwatch. As a file is transferred to your Smartwatch, you can track the progress of the copy process. It helps you to better estimate the total transfer time of your files. Copied files or playlists can be removed at any time.

Once your favourite songs or podcasts are transferred to the Smartwatch, you can play them independently from your smartphone with the integrated music player. Wearing a smartphone can be especially annoying when you're outdoors, such as when jogging. With WearMedia, all you need is your Smartwatch, and you can continue to play your songs and podcasts.

With the music player, you can favourise songs, create playlists and share them with your friends. Because WearMedia has a share function. So you can easily share any song or podcast with friends via Messenger apps. If you're listening to a song you like, you can add it to your favorites using the heart button. Alternatively, you can also add the song to any playlist.

On the home page of WearMedia you have an overview of your favorite songs and playlists. In addition, you will find further categories like recently added artists, recently played, popular artists and genre. Furthermore, songs and podcasts are sorted by release date, which you will find under the respective year. This gives you a better overview.

The music player also includes an equalizer on both the phone and the watch. The music player is compatible with many formats like MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, etc.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

2 ★(1) Confusing to use (not obvious how to transfer songs to watch). (2) Does not recognize all songs in the Music folder (missing all songs in a subfolder) (3) Cannot figure out how to delete songs from watch (4) Unfortunately, its the only one I know of that will let you share music to an android watch today :-(
4 ★The only wear app that frees you from Google's subscription music service by allowing you to transfer music from your phone to your watch. Interface is a little clunky and doesn't allow for multiple item selection, but it's straightforward enough to transfer files. No watch response to Bluetooth controls though. Wear OS is a hot mess but it's great that someone wrote an app that does what you think would be a core function in a device that does phone-free fitness tracking. Recommended as it's the winner by default.
2 ★Transfers the music to the watch without an issue, but the music player doesn't work properly, kind of defeating the object of being able to put your music there in the first place. Lastly you can pause music using Bluetooth headphones when it does play.
4 ★This app is great, it has a few downfalls. Sometimes it doesn't actually send the songs and will randomly pause and or fail without warning you. Just keep checking it to see if it's still sending songs over. other than that, amazing Love it.
2 ★It's very buggy, I got music onto my watch and a few days later it dissappeared.. On top of that transfers are painfully slow and when using the app as a music player it clearly doesn't know the meaning of the word "random" often playing the same track in succession. On a 45 minute run I listened to an album of 50 tracks and it played about 4 of them.
1 ★Still cannot quite figure out how to transfer songs to watch with this version 2. Not sure how to select songs and the menu has the "delete" button in it which i have unintendedly deleted a few songs from my phone which i thought i was just deleting from the playlist. Previous version is a lot user friendly.
5 ★Update. Apologies to the developers, turns out that the issue is actually to do with google not wear media. Some downloaded music from the play store requires you to actually login to a PC and physically transfer the music track from Google Play directly to the storage on Android phones. When I did this wearmedia worked fine! Initial issue: Worked fine at first but now the app doesn't pick up any new songs downloaded on my phone meaning I can't transfer them to my watch. Any ideas developers?
3 ★I reviewed this in April and grudgingly gave it one star. Now I'll happily update it to 3. It needs more instructions than just a 4yr old YouTube video though, but it does load tunes onto a Wear OS watch...which is more than Google can at the mo! Contacting developer re. minor issues of being slow and a bit clunky. I'll get back to you here.
5 ★I highly recommended this app. If you wanna workout without your phone, then this is absolutely ideal. It uses Bluetooth so all you do is choose which music you want to move from your phone to your watch, and that's it. The app will do the rest. Also get yourself sum Bluetooth earphones too.
1 ★Utterly useless. Can't communicate with wear os at all, just insists phone and watch aren't connected, even if you disconnect and reconnect them. But boy, can this app ever show you ads and nag you for reviews. (It did both within 30 seconds of finishing installing.) You wanted your review; you got it.
4 ★Works pretty well. Only issues for me are the volume on the watch is not consistent (fluctuates) and I cannot control music playing from the phone (i.e. it doesn't work as a remote control). Not sure if that's intentional but I'm fine with only the volume issue being fixed.
3 ★When it works it's great! However, every once in a while I'll for it up and it will say I have no music. Which isn't true as my phone can see that all the music I put on the watch is there. I'd say this happens one out of every 5 times. Not sure how to fix it either
