How to install TVHClient APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download TVHClient APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

5 ★Great App. It just WORKS. The other people complaining likely just are competent in setting it up.

4 ★The app is very nice, but the internal player does not show video; I can only hear audio. Setting it to stream profiles other than HTSP works, but then it has poor performance. External player works fine but doesn't show the time elapsed and time remaining on the program. I am overall happy with it, but it would be nice if the internal player worked properly.

4 ★It's worked excellent until recently where I'm having a ton of issues watching on Chromecast. TVH server side shows a ton of intermittent disconnects

4 ★Great app, but some issues: app still shows series recordings I deleted a while ago. Every now and then, EPG data is incorrect/differs from tvheadend server leading to recordings not working with error messages like 'user has no access'. Didn't figure out how to fix yet :-(

2 ★i see you answer here, so i try here, everything its fine but internal player cant play any channel video , just audio. im in usa i guess those are mpeg i dont sure.

4 ★I revise my first rating to a positive. One has to understand that the app is talking to the htsp port 9982. Streaming port is again 9981, which is also the tvh webinterface via http. I would have thought, that streaming would be through the htsp interface, but..yeah...haven't yet found an explanation on how tvh is handling the ports.

4 ★Ideal for quickly managing TVHeadend. One thing that I suggest could be added is the ability to quickly move through or select days in the EPG instead of having to scroll through an hour at a time. Apart from that, very happy and more than pleased to pay the small fee to unlock the extra features.

4 ★Keeps crashing when loading the channel list, I believe my icons might be too large for it. It gives an out of memory error. No fix still.

5 ★TVHClient v2.4.6 (234) — Working well. Have recorded both single and series programs OK(Android & iPhone). The channel listings function as expected. I have two active servers and can switch between the two. TVHeadend server is on QNAP TS-112(v4.3.3) and QNAP TS-251(v4.5.3) All good. 📺
