Carrier Hub enables Sprint features and products for devices operating on the Sprint network. This software feature enables customers to turn on Sprint products (for example Voice Over Wifi). Carrier Hub also assists our Network engineering for customer reported service concerns.
This latest update is needed for Google Android Q requirements. Carrier Hub is pre-installed at the manufacturing process and updates must now occur through the Google Play Store.

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Carrier hub says its processing network request, even when I have airplane mode on, it like my phone never goes on airplane mode for real or something. In my location request, it says carrier hub is trying to ask my location. I downloaded an APK manager its says its for sprint, I hit Uninstall but it won't install, and I have MetroPcs, please tell me how to get this off my phone. I bought this phone unlocked n I know believe this phone is hacked. Please help to uninstall this!
1 ★They got might be alright but the company sucks for customer support. No matter how simple the question or how you go about asking if you end up getting dumped into a text system that's too overloaded to ever respond in a reasonable time frame.
1 ★This is crashing my phone! Please fix this problem! I'm tired of seeing it pop up every second 😒 I wasn't able to get on wells fargo app or yahoo, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now they both work but the pop is still going on so I'm sure I only have a matter of time until those apps or others stop working AGAIN!!
1 ★I've had nothing but problems with this new T-Mobile Sprint app merge deal never have I had issues texting or receiving texts now I can't even have data my data turns off off on off on never even receive calls I get 15 text messages at one time when I finally turned on
1 ★Major carier hub problems .. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and if you research there is a major problem when they switched with Sprint with the carrier hub if your carrier Hub is is not yellow for Sprint or pink for T-Mobile you've been hacked it cannot be fixed I have to change my phone number and email because it has went over T-Mobile security levels because of this I am now a lawsuit against them for this
1 ★WHY DO I HAVE THIS WHEN I DON'T HAVE SPRINT? I have had Tmobile for more years than I can remember so why does this pop up every so often? I uninstall and it still ends up on my phone. Please stopppp.
1 ★My phone was bugging out so hard for like the past week or so because it was constantly receiving "Carrier hub has stopped working" Alerts, it was so hard to do anything since most apps crashed when I would open them so I had to manually remove all files that originated from this app to stop it. It reinstalled but it stopped glitching.
2 ★How many updates a month does it take? Seems like this month got 4, & a Security update for the device . Google should pay for my data because for all the bugs it has, (it says each update that its fixing bugs and performance improvements), not sure why they dont just start over & re-code a new app as nd get it right, never works any better (or worse then it did with any previous update.)
1 ★I belong to T-Mobile. I want to know why I have Sprint applications on my phone after their update? This is 6th phone I have gotten from them in 6 months. They keep sending me the same update withn 3 days of receiving each new phone. I have tried each time to block this update. Why are they allowed to put Sprint applications on my phone? The one I really want to know is why they're allowed to get with Google Play Store and put them on my phone? This should be against the law.
1 ★If I could give this zero stars, I would. I'm constantly getting carrier hub keeps stopping!! It's beginning to get annoying. And I mean CONSTANTLY. Its popping up every 30 seconds. Please fix.
1 ★From having great service before my upgrade and now i ended up with a phone from spring? With horrible service and no internet.
3 ★If this app is crashing on your device, you need to find it in your settings app list (you'll need to turn on "show system apps" in the menu on some phones and delete all data for the app. This will fix 99% of the problems I'm seeing in here.
