A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

1 ★Editing messages on Android seems very difficult. I have a hard time scrolling the message that I'm editing. Often this leads to reloading (I assume this is a web view) where my change are lost. There are no popups/push messages for all types of events but only messages. The school wants me to check the app daily for this reason. This seems backwards. Setting 32 character password works but I'm unable to login with it. A 16 character password works. This seems like a really bad idea.
1 ★Absolute disaster. Poorly implemented web wrapper, no reason what so ever that something as simple as this should be a native app. Does not work, unable to log in via mitID. UI just hangs when pressing the 'UNI-Login / mitID' button
1 ★Gentagne gange over en lang periode er Appen gået i udu. Er man logget ind, har man ikke adgang til noget indhold. Næste gang man logger ind beder Appen igen igen om at udfylde skole. Netop som man trykker bekræftende til siden med betingelser, bliver man bragt tilbage til brugernavn/password siden. Eneste (!) måde Jeg har fundet der virker, består i helt at afinstallere app og installere den igen

Det er så tydeligt, at udviklerne bag simpelthen bare har taget et mobil website og pakket det ind i en app. Der er nul funktionalitet som er specifik til en native Android app. Det er spild af penge og brugernes tid. Derudover: - Kører ufattelig langsomt. Undersider tager oftest 10 sek at loade - Ignorerer Android UX paradigmer. Bruger man fx 'tilbage/back' knap hopper den helt ud af app'en. Det er 2024. Hyr nogle udviklere som ved hvad de laver.

1 ★Terrible app for so many reasons! 1. I can't log in 90% of the time. I'm logged out every time I haven't opened the app for a few days and login is mostly not working. 2. Navigation and user friendliness is horribly badly designed! 3. It's a massive message spam and having more kids on the same school just makes this worse as everything is recieved once per child. 4. Why is getting to see homework a journey by itself? You'll never find it if you don't know it's there. 5. I'm out of chars...

Seems the app is mainly developed for iphone, back button functionality like in any other app not thoroughly implemented. One back button klick too much and you need to entirely log in again. One seperat le inbox for euch child, and yes you need to switch between child accounts to reach the other inbox. Moreover, notifications for new message bring you to the start screen, not the actual message etc...
