1 ★Do not use this app. The email for your photos does not come through, and no one responds to messages via the app. We got married in March, and we are still waiting to get our photos. Bad service and an awful app don't use.

Tried contacting support on both the chat and by email multiple times with no response, it's now been almost 2 weeks. Terrible! Caused so much stress as we've been waiting out for support before we pay ANOTHER subscription for an alternative app. Our wedding is next week!!! Useless. Please respond to my support requests NOW and refund me!!!!

1 ★I purchased this app ( and then paid to upgrade again) with the hopes that it would allow me to see all the photos everyone else took at my wedding. However, I can't get the pictures to download bc the link doesn't work and the "support" team refused to respond to me. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.
