How to activate the connected services?

1 ★Since the latest android update can't even open the app!!!!!!
1 ★I tried using this app when I got locked out of my car and it is absolutely garbage! By far the worst app for a car I have ever used. You are better off putting a brick through your window than using this to get back into your car.
2 ★Can't do anything other than lock/unlock the car, turn lights on or off and locate vehicle. Disappointing. The website talks about being able to plan and send a route to the car and view car service information. That's not available. Would be good if you could turn on heaters etc on a cold day but that's not an option either. Pretty useless app.
2 ★Very average app. Could be so much better and maybe launching it when it is fully functional and with no bugs would be better. At times the lights and open and close function work but the location doesn't Hopefully it is much improved in 6 months
3 ★Overall good designed app, however as a new giulia veloce owner being told I can check fuel level and other service items as well as a warning if the vehicle leaves a designated area and unfortunately not being able to do this is a bit of a let down
1 ★All I can do is lock / unlock the car and switch on the lights with this app. No fuel level, no vehicle health etc. This app is a total let down for a Giulia owner. Maybe it's better for the Stelvio?
3 ★Latest update feels a bit snappier, however no longer displays tyre pressures! It does very much feel like beta software at the moment!
