Description
This app allows visiting teachers of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to keep all their information regarding visiting teaching in one convenient location. You can add as many women as you like to your visiting teaching list and save the necessary information. Call or text the sisters you visit teach from the app with a push of a button. Email a visiting teaching report to the person you report to. The email automatically gets filled in with info pulled from each individual sister's page so you don't have to write anything. You can add to or edit the email before it is sent if you would like though. This app is an easy way for LDS visiting teachers to keep track of their visits each month. We'd love to hear your feedback to know what you like, things you would like to see in the app, or if you experience any type of bugs or glitches in the app.*** Features ***
View all the sisters you visit teach.
- Add as many sisters as you need
- Select your sisters from your contacts in your phone or input their info into the app manually
- Automatically saves their phone number so you can call or text them right from the app
- Store their email address and email them from the app
- Take a picture of the sister that will be displayed on the sister's page, click on the image to view a larger image
- List their address so you can always have it
- When making an appointment, select the date and time so you can remember
- Mark whether or not you have contacted them yet and how you contacted them
- Add as many notes as you need
- Delete sisters by pressing and holding their name in the list until a delete option appears
View Notes
- Create a new note for each visit, you can title them and list the date of your visit
- Never forget things from past visits now that you can store them conveniently in the app
Google Maps
- View map with address of the sister pinned on map
- Easily input their address by using the form
- Map will also show you your current location
Read the Visiting Teaching Monthly Message
- Select the monthly message from a list of all past messages in order of newest to oldest
- From the list, you can read, listen to, or download the message
Email Visiting Teaching Report
- You can the save the email address of who you report your visiting teaching to each month
- Email from the app and it automatically fills in the email address, subject line, and body of the email
- It writes the email based from the info on each sisters page
- It says each sister's name and whether or not you contacted them and the date if the visit box is checked

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

3 ★I'd like to mark that they were visited and schedule the next appointment even though I haven't reported yet. Also, I'd like you to get their address and phone number from either my contact list or the LDS tools app. Instead of me having to upload all the information again. Is also like to see it link to Maps and show me the way to get there when I click on the address the date of my appointment. And more importantly I'd like to have the appointments upload to my Calendar so I don't double book myself.
3 ★My reporting email will not go through ... keeps getting rejected. I have double checked the supervisor email and I did enter it correctly. That's the only snafu I've encountered so far. Also, getting the "message" to download is sometimes hit and miss, but that is probably due to Wi-Fi connection issues where I live. As if now, I like it .
2 ★Just installed and added a few sisters. I don't like that it has background pictures of the Savior and First Presidency, because the info goes right on top of their faces. Would prefer a non-person background. Also, can't figure out how to put the birthday in. It seems to have good potential, but the picture thing bugs me enough that I'll probably uninstall.
4 ★I am so excited that you guys have finally made this for VT, (I was originally trying to use the HT app). One problem I am experiencing is that I cannot scroll down to see my notes on sisters. A few other small recommendations: *To be able to import addresses and phone numbers from the LDS Tools app (if possible). *Have a save button for adding new sisters (I know I just back out of it and it saves, but that might be confusing for some). *Put "View Companion" tab on the main screen :)
3 ★Handy app. Thanks! I would to be able to add a phone number for my supervisor. Also a place to list the rest of the family and their birthdays would be nice. And a way to upload pics instead of just snapping new ones.
