Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★Works well but still rather basic. I've noticed that sometimes it doesn't release notifications at the selected time. A feature that is lacking is to select apps that are not blocked, so that an urgent notification or message gets through. Otherwise this is just a 'do not disturb' setting that lets notifications through periodically. I'm not certain it entirely fulfills its purpose.
2 ★As other reviewers have mentioned there are not enough options on how often you can see your notifications. I don't like that it doesn't auto clear notifications if I've read through them, so I see notifications from days ago which is annoying unless I press 'clear all'. I would like settings to exclude certain apps, such as messaging or phone calls, because even if I want to block app notifications, I would like to stay in touch. An option to stop post box after a certain time would be nice.
2 ★It might be really helpful, but: - it requires full access to message content, not just delivery status. I guess that is what Google essentially is, a free service for which you pay with personal data, but is not nessecary for this app to function in my opinion - 4 deliveries a day is a little limited. It would be nice to be able to configure the amount and times of delivery yourself.
2 ★Love the concept, but app blocks my phone from ringing. Not sure if it's because I use a third party dialer, but I wish the app had an option to exclude some apps from being blocked
3 ★Nice concept but poor implementation. I agree with your concept that telephone calls and SMS texts are notifications, similar to email. For this app to be useful for me, I need to be able to receive phone and SMS texts immediately not 2-3 hours later as set out by the delivery schedule in post box. This app might be useful if I'm in a meeting or at a movie, etc when I don't want to be disturbed and can quickly review notifications afterwards. Keep trying!
3 ★Absolutely love the idea and concept. 2 things are keeping me from giving 4-5 stars. 1. Limiting the number of occurrences to 4 is a bit low. 2. Not having the ability to whitelist certain applications and allow their notifications anytime. More specifically, it would be nice to be able to schedule all notifications except for Slack.
3 ★I really liked the app because it's really helping me to not get distracted from so many notifications (Ting Ting) which comes from every app. Now I can leave my phone anywhere. But the only problem I'm facing is, it has muted my calls too which are really important to take. If the app provides exemption of few apps then it would have been fantastic. I hope you consider our points and come with a better version.
2 ★I have to be on call for work so i can't use it. It needs the ability to whitelist certain apps (like the phone app) to still notify you. If i can't configure my phone to still ring when people call, then i can't use it. Otherwise the idea is great and i don't mind only having a couple notifications per day (isn't that the point?). The screen you use to go through the notifications could make it easier to process them. Or just make them populate the normal notification drawer at the selected time (that was how i expected it to work).
4 ★Great app. Since I'm using it, I'm spending less time on my phone. The amount of deliveries is enough, but it should be possible to exclude apps from post Box. This app also collects the notification from calendar app and other important reminders. Also it should be possible to access the notifications content directly in the app, not only opening the app.
3 ★A great concept with minor issues. Google must provide an option to bypass calls and normal text messages, so that it wil be helpful in emergency situations. Also it would be good if there are options to change the layout, adding more customizations to it. For eg. One set of notifications are grouped together, then the other in a clean way.
2 ★This is a great app with some great ideas, but you need to allow some apps or contacts to be whitelisted, and you need to allow more than four deliveries. I'll keep it for now in hopes that these upgrades come at some point making this app excellent. Edited: Down to two stars because seriously, without a whitelist, this app is mostly useless. Why has that not been implemented yet?
1 ★The app has amazing potential. Seriously, I do want this app but I need it to work properly. Please fix it. Biggest negative feedback : I do not receive phone calls anymore. Other annoying things : I can't quickly and efficiently clean the notifications, for example : Google weather updates or traffic alerts or Google maps alerts, let's say I got 50 of those obviously it is no longer relevant. I want to be able to swipe it away. Same goes for any other alert cathegory
