1 ★Despise the practice of forcing people to register for an account only to discover that the game is subscription only. If they were clear and honest from the get go I would not of bothered wasting time installing

She has been great to work with,and if I have any issues, I know I can count on he The app seems to be very good for kids. My oldest liked it, but we were having a lot of technical issues. It would freeze, and the screen would turn dark. I unsubscribed because it was very annoying. I even uninstall and install the app many times to see if that would work, but it didn't.
2 ★Our kids enjoy the app, however we have to reinstall it at least three times a week because it fails to load. Really a pain for an app we are paying for....

5 ★Is there only one map? I paid for a yearly subscription a couple of months ago, and my son has completed the map.. I'm confused why I paid a yearly subscription for one map.

5 ★My kids (9&12) love this app. We originally had problems with the app going to a black screen when trying to open it, even after following instructions on the website. However, their customer service is fantastic. Leslie and the team worked tirelessly until it was fixed. They went above and beyond to help, and were kind and courteous, which is so hard to find these days and means a lot to me. The app is engaging, fun, allows 6 profiles for large families, all while teaching a second language!
