Description
O "ALEP SDR" é um Sistema de Deliberação Remota disponibilizado pela Assembleia Legislativa do Paraná aos parlamentares da Casa, com a finalidade de proporcionar a atuação dos mesmos de forma remota.O aplicativo foi inicialmente criado e liberado em resposta a ação de isolamento por conta da pandemia pelo COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2), objetivando assegurar a saúde dos parlamentares envolvidos nas sessões plenárias sem prejudicar a população com o adiamento de pautas importantes.
Apesar da finalidade inicial, o aplicativo se faz útil em outros cenários e será mantido nessa Casa de Leis para que possa ser um instrumento alternativo em outros momentos de crise que impeçam a atuação presencial dos parlamentares, tais como: movimentos públicos, epidemias, pandemias ou até mesmo guerras.
O Sistema de Deliberação Remota não será uma opção cotidiana e deverá ter aprovação em forma de ato para que tal recurso possa ser utilizado.
É a Assembleia Legislativa do Paraná garantindo, de forma responsável, o bem para todos.
