このアプリケーションはスマートフォンの携帯性と高機能を活かしてアスリートがスポーツフィールドでパフォーマンス分析をするためのいろいろな機能を提供します。ほとんどの機能は画面からクイックに操作出来、明るい配色はアクティブなスポーツマインドを刺激するでしょう。
・ストップウォッチ
通常のSTART/STOP/LAP操作に加え、LAPタイムをタップすることでCHECK POINTを記録することが出来ます。
CHECK POINTは計測を継続したまま時間を記録する機能です。
マルチラップ機能を持ち６個のラップ・スプリットを計測できます。
すべての操作をログに記録することが出来、パソコンに取り込んで解析することが出来ます。
・アクションカウンター
インターバルトレーニングなどで運動回数を数える計数器です。
ボタンをタップしてカウントする他、モーションセンサーを利用してカウントすることが出来ます。

・ペースメーカー
設定した時間間隔でマーカーを点灯します。
たとえば、目標とするペースを設定してマーカーに合わせて運動することで運動効率を高めたり、運動の負荷が変動したり疲労でパフォーマンスが落ちてきた時にペースメーカーを使ってパフォーマンスを回復するヒントが得られるかもしれません。
マーカーは音、バイブレーター、色、フラッシュライトを設定できます。
・ペースカウンター
心拍数や運動動作のペースを計測します。
心拍数：自身で脈拍を取りボタンをタップします。単純ですが早く正確な計測が可能な方法です。
運動動作：たとえば、ランニングでは走りながら自分のピッチを計測し、また他のアスリートの走りを見ながらピッチを計測してペースを具体的に比較することが出来ます。
また、モーションセンサーを利用して運動動作のペースを測る機能を持っています。
アクションカウンターとペースカウンターに組み込まれているモーションセンサー計測は２種類の計測タイプ、WAVEとRHYTHMがあります。
WAVEは往復動作を計測し、RHYTHMは周期的な動作を計測します。
