Aplikasi Polda Jambi terdiri dari pelayanan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi Polda Jambi dan Polres Jajaran yang dimana aplikasi ini memiliki informasi seputar Jadwal dokter dari Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara dan Klinik yang ada di seluruh Polres di wilayah hukum Polda Jambi. Masyarakat dapat memberikan laporan pengaduan terkait dana desa. Masyarakat juga akan mendapatkan informasi publik yang dikirimkan oleh Polda Jambi dan Polres Jajaran berupa Informasi penting bagi masyarakat. Aplikasi Polisi Jambi juga terdapat fitur call Center 110 yang mampu melayanai 24 jam masyarakat apabila akan melaporkan kejadian penting dan darurat.Aplikasi Polisi Jambi juga dilengkapi fitur bagi Petugas, yang di antaranya fitur pengiriman laporan giat personil, informasi Kawal dana desa dan informasi seputar Karhutla.
