1 ★Just the worst, took me 5 attempts to get it working and on uploading the scan it went completely insane. Now I have not been able to use the app anymore because I always hit the waiting for network screen. Just have NOT been able to use the app (my WiFi is of course all good). Just wow, simply amazed by how bad this is. You can keep you scan thing I don't really care at this point
1 ★People mainly download this for either face scanning or earning some VC. The face scanning part of the app is broken. A black screen stays at start up until you lock and unlock your phone. Then, when trying to scan your face, the camera is stretched vertically so it seems that I have a long face. No matter what I do, my face is not detected or there's an error. The couple of times it was sent to the server, it failed in game. 2K please fix this.
1 ★Very poor platform, i keep selecting PSN, but the other selection is being selected, like the nintendo or xbox. It took me an hour just to reach the face scan, but when i reached the face scan, i had a hard time scanning my face on my front camera, then a i asked another person to do the rear camera, but it crashed, i need to do everything all over again, then all the poor selection again, so I gave up........
1 ★Exactly the same as 2K19 but with 100 less VC, no more guarantees on the log-in bonus, and zero effort by them to deal with any issues. (I've been waiting on missing credits for over a month now). With 1 star being the popular vote, that tells you all you need to know. Cat Daddy, you absolutely suck. You let down 2K and everyone who plays the game.
1 ★Am I a real person!? Your app is ridiculous. Had to try at least 4 times to log into my psn. Then it put me through the absolute awful tutorial. At this point I thought it couldn't get worse. The sole reason I downloaded your app was to use the game face feature I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A1 tablet and for some reason my face could not be found. Only it was there. Looking back at me in disgust.
1 ★Wow. Just wow. This game is the absolute worst in terms of stability. In all my years of android, i've never experienced an app this unstable. This has caused my Samsung A50s to crash and reboot into safe mode twice in four days. TWICE. Forget it, i'm not playing some game that's harmful for my phone. Devs, you should be utterly ashamed of yourself for this hot mess. Google guys, if you read this, please take down this harmful app from the store, and save us all a lot of trouble. Uninstalled.
1 ★Why is the face scanning so bad? I have no idea how many times I had to rescan my face. After finally getting it to upload, I had to wait for MyPlayer to create the face only to tell me there was an issue with the scan and to retry on the app. This happened twice! Why is the camera when scanning not normal? My face is really narrow looking, which makes it hard to fit my face in the scan area. Then sometimes the camera is normal and my face fits how it should. I'm done trying to figure it out.
1 ★The worst designed app I've ever downloaded. I only wanted to scan my face but accidentally clicked on the card game mode and couldn't leave because the back button is only programmed to pause the game. Resetting and clearing the cache did not let me go back to the main menu. It would have been quicker to uninstall and reinstall the game than to get through the tutorial. I decided not to reinstall it.
1 ★Don't buy this game!! It is the worst, I installed the game and it wouldn't even let me play it said "two presets unable to download" and I could say ok which didn't do anything. Then I could press exit which just closed the game. I had much higher expectations for this game. like I said, DON'T BUY!!!!!! 😔😠😡
1 ★among the worst apps I've ever used. I just downloaded it to use the face scan, and even that didn't work right. seemed to work at first, then told me errors were found in the scan and had me retry. my screen turned off while I was rescanning - apparently they don't know how to tell android to keep the screen on. the app couldn't handle that, crashed, and then just told me I don't have a recognizable face on repeat attempts. the menus are uglier than my face, too. unnecessary, forced tutorial.
4 ★Hey guys that are struggling still with the face scan try using it in the bathroom with sufficient lighting. Ensure your background is really light compared to your complexion. I put my phone up against the wall so that my phone didn't move and it worked every time. It shouldn't be this difficult but apparently it is but this way has worked every time for me. Hope that helps.
1 ★What the hell man?? Its lettin every other platform besides xbox sign in. That's literally the only reason I downloaded this so I can scan my face on my game
