CLT+ is the City of Charlotte service request and information app.All communities within Mecklenburg County that receive city services can access CharMeck 311 through CLT+.
Whether you need trash pick-up, want to report a code violation in your neighborhood or a stray animal, CLT+ is designed to meet your everyday needs.
Supported city departments include Solid Waste Services, Storm Water, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Neighborhood & Business Services and Charlotte Department of Transportation.
Residents can also request a municipal service by visiting https://servicerequest.charlottenc.gov/.
