1 ★Horrible app. has alot of issues and believe this is actually designed for Apple not Droid applications. The most annoying error is that the motion detection will constantly alert you of the video clip even after reviewing. It will not let you delete the video clips either. Just a complete train wreck of an app that needs to be overhauled all together
5 ★Works!!! Use the pro NOT the reg ipc360 app. It doesn't work!! Deleted reg app. After 10 unrelentless tries, to connect the pet cam. Downloaded the ipc360 pro app instead. And it WORKED!! Albeit (lan connected) as the cam wants you to be on 2.4ghz NOT 5ghz. Which my Xfinity internet is automacially set to 5ghz (no changing it). So FYI the reg app will NOT for wired nor wifi unless you are on 2.4ghz. The PRO will work with hard LAN wired. Camera pics are CLEAR. SOUND IS CLEAR..not loud.
5 ★I don't know what all the complaining and bad reviews are about, especially ppl that use it indoors, I have been using mine for at least 3 months outdoors in the weather and I have not had any trouble with it, it's got a great picture and I haven't had to do anything to it, except look at it when ever I want, really you guys must be doing something wrong, no way I got the only good one. I definitely and honestly, absolutely recommend this camera. Can't beat it for the price.
3 ★Server down once again, app wont load again. Never had any issues but this happened back in april aswel where the camera stopped recording to SD card, and the app stopped notifiying me to motion alerts. This time round the whole lot wont load, or even open. Apart from these times, ive never had ant issues, so fairly given a 3 star.
5 ★This app is very good it helps me to see the camera and it have many features like alarm,speaker and many more.
1 ★When I go to log in and look at my child the screen is black. There is nothing wrong with the camera or placement the camera just doesnt work most of the time !!! I have to close the app and log back in SEVERAL times to view the camera. Dont bother buying its not worth it.
3 ★Works okay on my Samsung Note 10 but from the camera video page, it intermittently kicks back to the "My device" page then I must select the camera again. Cleared cache often, but still does it. On my Samsung tablet, it doesn't display the camera video.
5 ★Only complaint is you have to enable/disable motion detection per device/camara. Can be a pain with several devices, and leaving your home regularly. Would be simpler to have a single on/off button for all devices (or configured devices, maybe an auto option).
2 ★The app works but crashes frequently. Nearly every time the app opens it crashes and will have to reload. It works once reloaded but it's very irritating with its frequency. Occasionally it will crash whilst in the app and the sensitivity fluctuates but I don't know if that is an issue with the camera or the app.
1 ★I suppose ultimately the app does what it's supposed to but eventually the constant 'pop ups' suggesting that I subscribe to their cloud service wore me down. I chucked the camera in the bin, uninstalled the app and bought a camera from Google.
1 ★Only just installed today but constantly crashing and freezing. Doesn't seem to be recording any events either (bought a new sd card just for this). As a live feed it works OK (although not always). Looks like this camera might be going back to amazon.
5 ★The camera is very nice for the price. The app has a few small flaws, but otherwise is really good. MUCH better than many other camera software I have used. With an update or two, this camera and app could be the best on the market.
