A Rádio SIGMUC é uma emissora do Sindicato dos Servidores da Guarda Municipal de Curitiba, com data de criação em 2016, a Rádio levar ao ar uma programação variada de músicas e notícias sobre a classe trabalhadora, com personalidade jurídica de direito privado, é integrante do Sistema Confederativo de representação sindical de acordo com o art. 8º da Constituição Federal de 1988, sendo constituído para fins de representação legal da categoria dos Guardas Municipais da Cidade de Curitiba, destinando-se à defesa dos interesses coletivos e individuais da categoria, colaborando com os poderes públicos e demais associações civis e sindicais, na promoção do bem estar social.O sindicato foi criado para representação específica da categoria. Guardas Municipais são autoridades policiais no âmbito do município, desta forma várias especificidades de nossa carreira são conhecidas integralmente somente por quem a exerce. Defendendo uma representação genuinamente formada por profissionais de carreira, com a participação de toda a categoria, o SIGMUC veio pra unir os Guardas Municipais de Curitiba, em prol de assuntos importantes para a classe, sempre buscando o diálogo hábil e comprometido com os anseios dos Guardas Municipais.
Procuramos através de uma visão estratégica, sensata e legal obter melhorias e conquistas não só para os Guardas municipais de Curitiba, mais colaborar com nossos companheiros de Farda Azul Marinho, no reconhecimento das Guardas Municipais como legal órgão integrante da Segurança Pública, o que de fato já é. Toda a diretoria do SIGMUC se comprometeu com estes propósitos e nos colocamos à disposição de todos os companheiros para caminharmos juntos nesta jornada.
