JoyCon Droid is an application perfect for users who own a NX Console but do not want to spend extra on a JoyCon. The application emulates a JoyCon so you can control your NX Console with it. Furthermore, the application lets you connect your USB gamepad to your phone, which can act as a bridge to control the Switch.
This application requires Android Pie (9) or higher to operate. Features include:
-Pairing with Switch
-Accelerometer
-Gyroscope
-Custom Gamepad Interfaces
Instructions and Support:
Switch > Settings (Gear Icon)
Controller and Sensors > Disconnect Controllers
Controller and Sensors > Change Grip/Order
Open JoyCon Droid > Tap Left JoyCon button.
Tap okay if asked to turn on Bluetooth
Tap Sync button between left and right shoulder buttons. (May require several taps)
Tap okay at advertisement notification (300 seconds)
Pair once Switch requests to connect
After the JoyCon shows on the Switch, press both left and right shoulder buttons.

Download JoyCon Droid (Requires Root & Magisk) APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★Hello!- Well, actually I'm dumb and I didn't read the description but, actually the app it isn't working with the Nintendo Switch because Nintendo kinda did a thing to make the switch don't work with this app, so please quit all the bad reviews. I hope Nintendo quit this and we can start using this app again because it helped me to scape from the drifting of my joy cons :c.
3 ★Dear Developer, The Graphics Update made it a little worse, but thats not what im talking about, Im Talking About The Joy Con Droid Drift, Everytime i play mario party, 2 or more players i have to use this app, and the joy con drift makes me look very bad at minigames, I Hope You Fix This. 5 ★Love this app and have used it for some amiibo bins of villagers and eagerly await for the developers to find a fix for what Nintendo's update did where they made this app no longer compatible.
3 ★While this is a great app I've used a lot for Animal Crossing, it seems not to be working lately in regards of the NFC connection. It doesn't allow me to scan anymore.
2 ★it used to work amazingly and helped me get most of my favourite ac villagers, but recently it's been being laggy and the amiibo function just doesn't work. I'll probably keep it installed for when I need an extra controller, but I'm really disappointed since I mainly used it for amiibos.
1 ★Disconnects after 15 seconds, Switch gives error code 2115-0064. UPDATE 5/9: This app is dead to me. I don't feel comfortable rooting my phone so it was a nice app while it lasted.
4 ★I noticed a lot of recent reviews saying the app doesn't work any more, but it does, as I just used it. I used this app several times last year (for Animal Crossing villagers) and it worked but sometimes took a while to connect to the Switch; but I just used it again today with no problems (in fact it worked perfectly first try). If the app isn't working for you, it's probably your phone's fault. (I'm using a Galaxy S8) 4/5* only because I did have some issues with it before, but could be 5*.
3 ★It worked albeit a bit buggy at first. Don't know what happened but eventually it just stopped connecting to my switch. App is genius for things like Amiibos but definitely needs a bit of work.
1 ★for the past few months i've tried it on multiple android phones such as Samsung S6, S10, S20, S21 Ultra, Huawei Mate 20p ...etc. but it just couldn't connect to the switch :(
4 ★It's unfortunate that the update to the game messed up this wonderful app and I'm hoping the developers can fix the connecting and unsteady connection problems.
4 ★It used to work great and I got lots of the sanrio items but now it always disconnects and the few times I got it to stay connected it wouldn't register the amiibo card :( I hope it can be fixed soon!!
