Its very easy.
Install Curved Triangle Icon Pack and apply the icons.
Nova settings--> dock --> disable dock.
Nova settings--> desktop--> icon layout--> set icon size as your wish.
Download Seven time widget app and set it as your wish.
Drag useful apps to home screen and set them as your wish.
