Montessori Compass helps bridge the communication gap between home and school! This mobile app is designed to serve as a companion to the full-featured Montessori Compass Web-based application. Parents/Guardians can access many of MC’s communication features including Messaging, Photos, Calendar Events, and Activity Reports. School Administrators and Teachers can also utilize the amazing “Quick Add” feature, providing convenient mobile access to recording classroom activities. The app will send push notifications when new information has been shared, enabling parents to stay better connected with the school. More updates are coming soon!

2 ★Improvements needed, writing an email in this app is one of the worst experiences with an app you will ever have. After your typing passes the keyboard you will have no idea what you are typing and editing after becomes a task for a Saint

1 ★If you forget your password there are no options to find it, therefore it is useless.

4 ★This app was fine until a recent update (1.10.1) that now requires camera and storage permissions in order to open. I do not send pictures through Compass, so I'm not giving the app permission to my camera or storage. The authors of this app should make the app work properly without these permissions. When the app is usable again I'll revise my rating. Edit: increasing my rating from 1 star to 4 following the latest update which fixed the problem.

5 ★I love this app. I've been using it for over a year with zero issues. I love that my daughter's pictures, calendar, reports, and school contacts are just a swipe away. Highly recommend.

2 ★It does what it is intended to do but the updates from the learning center arrive very late. Sometimes the notifications arrive after the event has passed.

2 ★Get an error when trying to download pictures. It's a pretty basic app but doesn't offer a lot to a parent using it

1 ★No attached files inside mail after latest update, but the attached icon is present in mail box.

2 ★When saving a photo, the app saves a different photo than the one you request the save for.

2 ★I have installed and uninstalled the app multiple times in an attempt to continue to try to "give it a chance." The features of MC that are available on the app are incredibly limiting and incomplete, requiring me to still use the web version for basic functions. At this time, it is not worth the space it is taking up on my phone.

4 ★I have changed my rating when it was explained to me that this feature really is mostly focused on communication with MC email. I actually see this as being a really great tool for parents to have more immediate access to emails and hope, as an administrator, that it will encourage parents to use this tool more often!
