1 ★Worst app experience ever. It logs me out between every visit, and then you have to log in again, within the app, to buy tickets, and it says it's the wrong password. I literally just logged in successfully. Disgraceful and disappointing, probably what it feels like to be an Arsenal fan..
1 ★First off, the app would not allow me to sign in with my 1 Hotspur account. Secondly, you have to sign in each time? Why can't it remember me? Thirdly, the roster is not up to date, at least get that current. A lot needs to improve on the app!
2 ★I'm trying to register as a new user via the app. I use a password manager and generate random passwords for each account I create. For some reason on android I can't paste into the password box so im forced to manually type in my randomly generated password, which kind of defeats the point a bit.It would be nice if this could be fixed
2 ★This is supposed to match how the new stadium is state of fhe art but all this app has done is follow Spurs trend of producing awful official apps. The main problems are that everything is very slow to load and it doesn't keep you logged in to you membership account and alot of the supposed features are just links to the spurs website. Other than that the match ticket feature is good and so is the first look news.
2 ★An important function of this app is to enable you to access the stadium without your stadium access card. But this function doesn't work. Given that my access card didn't work for either of the test events, this does not bode well.
1 ★Used to Spurs letting us down but to promise us a classic nail biter against the Hammers 2007 and then snatch it away is unforgivable. Yes they did post the replay again but unable to activate full screen and I don"t have a magnifying glass. Please sort it I need to see a game we won for a change.
1 ★A recent update has made the app almost unusable. You can't paste a password into the login interface and neither can Lastpass. So being a careful user with a password manager I can't access the additional features. Additionally the match audio should really work when the phone is dark like any normal audio app. Otherwise you have to constantly keep touching the phone to keep it awake!
1 ★I uninstalled because: 1. With all the notification settings in the app turned off, I was still receiving notifications, such as transfer news and in-game news. 2. It continuously logged me out of my account, forcing me to enter my login details every time.
5 ★Go Harry and Hugo! I love this 😍 app and Tottenham fc! The app was not working for 1day. But I didn't know that it needed an update. But now it is working! Spursy Tottenham, Spursy Tottenham ! COYS,🏴❤️! I really want to play for Tottenham when I'm older. Go out there and beat city Tottenham! Love from one 😍 of the best Tottenham fc fans in the world ,COYS!
4 ★Visually great, and good content but can be a bit laggy sometimes.
2 ★I like the app, some good features especially the ticket function. Annoyingly keeps logging me out, can there be a "keep me signed in" feature added? Or if security is required, enable fingerprint access.
2 ★lovely looking app full of great Spurs content. Will be a real benefit on matchday too but only once the login bug is fixed. I have to sign in every time i open the app which is very frustrating.
