1 ★Panasonic should add support for the 605 model to this app. The only difference between the 610 model and the 605 model is that the 610 model has an extra physical button on the headphones to call up Google Assistant. The 610 model appears to be mainly available in Australia and New Zealand (I'm guessing that Panasonic must have a bigger presence there than in other markets to release the 610's there and no where else). The 605's is the model available in Europe and the US. Please update the app

2 ★I don't like turn on my GPS and location, I really hate that, this app force me to use it, I don't like it. However, the app is fine, I think has potential. In the mean time, I gona use my earphones without this app, direct connection with my phone and computer.

1 ★Phone getting hang up roughly, earbuds and phone battery draining very quickly. After uninstall the app everything okay.

5 ★Don't know what's the hate about, but it works perfectly with my rzs500w. It give updates for earbuds too. Allows for different languages, and auto power off setting, and connection setting (sound or connection stability). Also a find my earbuds setting, and can also change voice assistant (google or alexa). Good app, but no music control. For all y'all saying location it uses our location to track the buds incase you lose em'. If u got problems updating your buds restart the buds or your phone.

2 ★Volume is shhhhh... low on these things. I don't want to be limited to max volume as normal volume.

1 ★I absolutely second the comments of other users regarding the lack of support for Panasonic RP-HD605N model. Come on, it is a $300+ pair of headphones. At least we deserve an app that supports it and works to unlock the full potential of the headphones.

1 ★Earbuds case has serious battery drain issue. It never turnoff Earbuds when placing in case, as a result, case battery will completely run out in 1 week even though not using. Competing brands don't have this kind of issue. Hope firmware can fix this.

5 ★Please give me an option to turn off the LED lights. I use these for sleep, and it's impossible to sleep when bright lights flash every few seconds. Edit: I changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you for adding an option to turn off the LED lights. I can sleep now.

3 ★A good app but the fact you have to have gps on is a bit of a turn off

1 ★just got the rzs500w..works good..however the app is broken not sure h=what they did in the prior update but it just destroyed it..cant connect to the app can't upgrade the software...its not picking up the connection signals...i hope this is fixed asap

1 ★Useless, cannot recognize Panasonic's own headphones which connect easily without the app.

2 ★RZ-S500W - Noise cancelling not work during calls. Noise cancelling work just on music playback. Case battery discharge on a week without use earphones. during the call I am heard as in some very cheap headphones. I thought Panasonic can do more!
