Finest FM on Suomen ainoa vironkielinen radiokanava, jonka perusti suomenvirolainen levyjuontaja Argo Lepik tukemaan kasvanutta maanmiestensä yhteisöä.Yksi perustamisen motiiveista oli myös se, että virolaisiakin pienemmällä vähemmistöllä eli venäläisilä oli jo kauan ollut oma asemansa.
Radio on musiikkisisällöltään keskittynyt kansainväliseen tanssimusiikkiin ja 80-90-lukujen virolaiseen pop- ja tanssimusiikkiin sekä tuorempiin virolaishitteihin.
