2 ★Recent updates have made it buggy. I've had several chapters fuse together mid read if I put my phone into sleep mode, often sending me back a chapter and locking me out of viewing pages past wherever the stitch happened, because I'm reading them for free and it believes I have used my one time read. Disappointing and frustrating to see.
1 ★They've moved to a monthly subscription monetization scheme, removed tons of titles, and locked finished titles behind the most expensive subscription tier. This is done to get people to keep coming back day after day, week after week, to stay caught up. Their business model now relies on intentionally creating a fear of missing out. Your attention is intentionally funneled towards only certain titles and away from everything smaller or already finished, which is where some of the best manga is.
4 ★The app can be a bit buggy and confusing, but overall a great way to read manga online while supporting the authors.
3 ★Overall app is good but there are many flaws 1. No history feature so if app closes, it takes huge effort to resume latest reading 2. Favorite feature is bad, no sorting or new chapter highlight 3. Subscription has no binding to any ID so you can't share it on other devices or possibly lost it if your current device breaks
3 ★the bug is annoying. some pages from the chapter im reading often to get mixed with the previous chapter pages, the only way to fix that is that i have to close the app and open it again but the problem is that it keeps coming back.
4 ★Used to be a 5, newest update is a 4. The spacing between the covers and titles is too large. The titles aren't visually clear enough. Everything is too compact, it's hard to easily differentiate things. The older version looked a bit "outdated" but usability was much better.
5 ★Amazing official free ap where you can read new chapters with best possible scan and good translations. I always use manga plus to read new Boruto chapter and it has been amazig experience
4 ★This is a very good app there's so much anime but I have 2 problems when I'm done reading a chapter and if I click on that chapter again it says subscribe and Idk how to subscribe and it's really annoying and second please put more mangas like blue lock and attack on titan pls and I really like to read other mangas but it always says subscribe and pls put more mangas pls
5 ★Great titles with quality translation and reader. Superb app for following shonen jump lineup everyweek. A shame there is no subscription option to read all chapters of ongoing manga. Edit: Updated to 5 now that there is subscription
3 ★Would love to rate higher, but the recent updates of the app won't allow me to reread or even read once completely free content. Now promoting a Max or paid subscription to read or reread content. This once wonderful and easy to use app is now pushing more money based problems onto people who just want to read a easy and digital copy of their favorite manga series, this is ridiculous, so please go back or at least adapt this idea to make it more suited for those who just like reading.
2 ★After the latest major update, it seems there are much more limited titles compatible for reading. After they've introduced their "Manga plus man" subscription plans, you can only really read currently serialised manga from beginning to end. Furthermore, there are only around 80 titles at that. More then 100 completed chapters can't be read to the end.
5 ★Amazing app and enjoy the library of amazing manga and mangaka just wish they had a way save where you was at and categories to organize them just incase they feel something to read that day
