2 ★Don't buy this overpriced under-performing POS. Nothing works as intended especially "alerts" that the baby stops breathing. 1. The night vision didn't work and took 2 weeks to get a replacement (tech support has good cust service) 2. The cameras disconnect all the time and the only fix is to unplug them 3. The breathing alerts are laughably inaccurate 4. They dont record anything valuable 5. It eats your phone battey 6. And they're crazy expensive
1 ★Have been using it for 2 days now and very dissapointed in the frequent video disconnection issues, despite the fact the wifi router is just beside it! Tried all the steps in their support page but all useless. PLEASE FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!
1 ★Was able to connect to it a few month back and use it but the video was always choppy. After the recent upgrade, it disconnected it and now I can't find a way to connect back to it. It's useless now, money wasted, can only use it as a paper weight.
1 ★App is complete garbage. Even went as far as installing another Wi-Fi access point near the room and camera still gets weak signal while everything else has strong signal. Can't have something this bad monitoring a child; not safe in my opinion. Video almost never loads, same with Activity.
4 ★The app is extremely fast and functional. When I get notifications they show up as null's Miku instead of the babies name that shows up correctly in the Miku app. Not a big issue since I only have one baby and one Miku. Overall I would recommend this monitor.
1 ★HATEEEEEE this app!!! It disconnects constantly. Each update seems worse than the next. Customer service sends the same automated message each time regardless of the issue. Honestly save your time, money, and sanity and buy a different monitor!

1 ★The ios version seems to be fine. This android app is the worst. The only way to get it to actually connect is to kill the app each time you open it. Otherwise it'll just spin and never connect.

1 ★App stops in background now. started 2021-05-20. My phone is set to max power, never to put app to sleep, etc. The phone sits on charger all night. This is after 7mo of use, so I know this app in and out by now. There were no upgrades to app or phone. Please fix!
1 ★Inconsistent. When/If it's working it is great. But it's 50/50. And then it logs you out randomly at least once a week. That isn't what you want in a baby monitor. It's almost worthless sometimes.
