Aplikasi Pengelolaan Tunggakan Peserta BPJS Kesehatan adalah aplikasi management iuran yang dapat digunakan oleh petugas baik Kader maupun Karyawan BPJS Kesehatandalam mengelola tunggakan peserta BPJS Kesehatan dengan cara melakukan survey dan penagihan tunggakan kepada peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang dapat
dilakukan dengan cara kunjungan ke tempat tinggal peserta, mengirim Pesan SMS maupun dengan cara telp langsung ke nomor telepon
peserta BPJS Kesehatan.
Daftar Peserta yang harus dilakukan survey dan penagihan tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan Work Order yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Pusat maupun Cabang untuk selanjutnya dilakukan proses
pemilihan target peserta tersebut oleh petugas berdasarkan lokasi geografi berdasarkan Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota, Kecamatan dan Kelurahan alamat kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan.
Setiap kegiatan dan hasil dari survey dan penagihan yang dilakukan oleh kader dan karyawan tersebut termonitor oleh pihak Kantor BPJS Kesehatan baik di Pusat
