With a bank of over a hundred nouns as reference and practice models, as well as a concise guide to declensions including both indefinite and definite forms, it's a one-stop shop to find the right ending or stem change for a given noun.

Not only that, but with a multichoice and gapfill game, it's a comprehensive drill machine to test yourself systematically on your ability to decline nouns in Icelandic. You can choose to focus on a particular case - nominative, accusative, dative or genitive - or really challenge yourself by mixing up the whole set.

4 ★Pretty good. Really enjoy that you can choose to only do one case at a time. Would be great to also be able to choose only singular or plural. There is a mistake in the explanations though, the Dative with article of hestur is not hestinu, but hestinum.

4 ★It is a useful additional tool for practice. I normally use it in combination with other methods of practicing my declensions so to have different ways of reinforcing the information and establish patterns. However as a small note; in the explanations the dative, singular declension of hestur should be hesti - *hestinum* not hestinu

5 ★This is a really helpful app to practice Icelandic nouns. It's definitely improved my Icelandic grammar greatly as it's easy to fit in a quick practice. I'm not sure why it needs my location though. Edit: thanks for your response. I still use the app a lot - thanks again for making this!

5 ★This app is helpful in that it is supporting me while I am learning and since I am struggling with the articles and cases, I find it a nice supplement.

3 ★It's worth mentioning that this is not a dictionary or a database for all nouns. We have to wait for BIN to develop something for that. However, as a study guide, it works decently enough, as long as you're willing to explore on your own. There is no in-app tutorial, and I'm still not sure how some of the app's functions work.

4 ★Not bad, very good app for learning the declensions of certain nouns. If it had significantly more nouns, like a dictionary, it would have been the perfect app.

4 ★I know most of the words in this already, but i still enjoy using it. It has case-based games which are okay for a beginner, but it would be better if it also had vocab-based games. On the other hand, the glossary is really nice. Short, but nice, and intuitive. It shows the word and its meaning and gender, then you click on it to show the declensions. To sum up, this app isn't useful for an intermediate or advanced learner but i recommend getting it if you are just starting out. It has a nice word selection
